    Not much stock left.
    I can’t speak from a 1st Gen perspective.

This is a question for the third gen guys. I just ordered the extended travel, 700# coil kit with Dakars. I would like close to 3 inches of lift. For anyone that is running around 3 inches of lift, what is your thread count on the driver and passenger side? Thanks!

If you dont mind me asking, how many threads do have showing to achieve being leveled with your Dakars?

On my 2nd Gen I went with the Dakar HD pack but took out the third leaf to make it a medium pack. Not quite level but I want to add the rear and front bumpers to the setup.

The ADS Clickers with 700's seem to ride super nice with 12 clicks on them on the road. I did add preload to the driver side as I had about 3/8 difference in ride height. Already have all the armor from front to rear.

Though I cannot speak to the 1st Gen, I do not have any regrets and love the ride on and off road.

Depends on the model year and overall trim of the truck too.

Basically it all comes down to how much the truck weights and how much more weight is being added. A 2001 2wd 4cy manual tranny weights a lot less then a 2018 4x4 v6 auto so if they are both adding around 200-250 lbs of up front weight the base truck is vastly different. That is where it gets confusing because people tend to overlook which trucks have what on it so each build can be unique in general.

Anyone with ADS adjustable resiviors and 700's care to share your adjustment settings for when you are flying through the desert or anywhere else off road?

    Workin' on it....
What do you have for weight up front?

I need to replace 6112’s and trying to decide between 650 and 700 lb springs. I’ve got a plate bumper and plan on a winch.

If we are flying, like over 35 MPH, then im usually at 15-max clicks of compression dampening. If we are rock crawling or going slow over technical terrain, im usually at about 10-12 clicks. Driving around on the street, i usually also run 5-10 clicks. Every once in a while ill put it at 0 clicks but not very often. I like taking speed bumps without slowing down at all so 10ish is a good spot for me.

Hopefully picking up a 1st Gen in the next couple of months and I plan on more ADS for that. Love my ADS setup on my 3rd Gen!
