I have firestone doing them as they fixed them the first time and they are only charging me parts to do it.
Also they replaced the 2, put everything back together, and broke off another lug torquing it. So now they are taking everything back apart. Haha

You can try Freedom Powersports in Decatur which is on the way, but they don't open until 9. They will still let you in at the gate. Only if theres a TPWD Ranger in the park could you get stopped

But is it worth it to risk that? It's only an hour away. I'm sure I will have the chance to go again. All the places I stopped said very few places would still have the pass because I would need the new one in a few weeks anyway

I couldn't find one anywhere today. The ones for next year should be for sale in a couple weeks. I'm not sure the consequences of not having one though

This close to the end of the tag I wouldn't expect anyone to actually give you any trouble for not having one.

Is there a penalty or fine for not possessing an OHV decal when & where it is required?
Failure to comply with the provisions of this law constitutes a Class C misdemeanor and could result in the OHV operator being issued a citation. Fines for this offense range from $25 to $500

So I could cost 25 extra bucks or 500 hah

Several weeks ago, there was a post on FB about there being a ranger out there. It was the first time most had ever seen one out there. Haven't heard of them coming back since. The park was gonna try to start having stickers available at the gate (like other parks do) but not sure if that actually happened. I think there will be enough Jeeps out there without one that no one would really notice. Don't blame me if you get a fine though.

I just called Austin, I was told the decals won't be out to retailers for a few more weeks. I also asked if I purchased one over the phone could a receipt be emailed and was sorta politely told, no. Processing time is 5-10 days from order date and there's nothing that could be done.

Mine aren't for sale, but you can borrow them for a few months if needed. They're my spares for when I need my Kings rebuilt, but don't foresee needing them anytime soon.
