I don't drink often, seeing my dad as a raging alcoholic growing up doesn't want me to become that person that depends on it 24/7. But I can't drink beer cause I drink 1 can and I puke for the night. It's wierd

You're young but I wouldn't stay out that way if it starts to get really bad or if you have any breathing issues (asthma). Might still want to be prepared and have a N100 or P100 rated mask with you. Those paper painter/dust masks aren't going to filter anything. N100 or P100 rated only.
