I’ve had mine on CL for two weeks for $400. I got an offer for $200. Nothing else. They’re on there now for $300. Need them gone this weekend. Moving.

I paid $800 from a member, they had less tha 3k on the tires. Whole package was 4 wheels with tires and TPMS in them and lug nuts, that was 2yrs ago.

I'll never sell anything on craigslist, I ran into the same issue. People offering $300 or whatever for a $2000 Ethan Allen couch. People are just looking for steals on there

I don't know if you read my entire post it not, but I had them advertised in 3 places. I see you were asking $800. But nothing to prove you didn't wiggle on your asking price. Kudos to you if you did. I bet more sell for $400 than sell for $800.

I don’t have to prove anything, I have nothing to gain. But I agree more sell for less.

He got lucky and sold his rims for $800, made big profit. Why argue over it?

I didn't argue. I said he found a sucker. The op was asking what he should ask. If he asks $800, prepare to dust them off. Just after this thread popped up, another a set popped up for $300 on this site. They are common, sold often and don't commonly go for over $400.

For OP, in terms of the current market, the around $300-400 is reasonable.

As for @JoeCOVA selling his for $800, at the time he sold his, the price of OR rims fluctuated around $500 to 700. His $800 was the outlier.
According to google. Guess back then, everyone wanted OR rims.

I’ll never sell my sport rims, they’re awesome, may even buy another set for extra summer tires I have. Never been a fan of black rims, they always look cheap

Cost is depending on where you live and what everyone in the market is looking for. For instance, even though Hawaii has alot of Tacos in the islands, aftermarket wheels cost alot to get shipped here so a set of take offs from any 3rd gen OR or SPORT is generally selling for $600-800, that is without tires. Rims with tires are $900-1200. If a set of rims can be bought for $400 or less, that would be a steal! I see 3rd gen rims on alot of 1st and 2nd gens.

I was going to say the same thing about it being regional. Rarely ever see 3rd Gen wheels for sale in this area and if you do they are priced towards the higher end and disappear quickly.

Included lugs and the locks and TPMS sensors.

Only took like a day on Craigslist.

Someone doesn’t understand supply and demand. Msrp is irrelevant, it’s market value that counts. OR wheels sell for less the pro wheels in the used market.

Took me a couple months to sell my new trd OR wheels. Got 275 for them. Got about that much for the new Goodyear tires that it came with. No one wanted them.
