The R/C lift rides a bit higher in the front on just the stock coilovers, so if you're already running a slight front lift without a bumper or winch it's really going to sit front high.

I also have an AAL in the rear. I will set my 5100's to +0 with the eibach springs and the AAL in and let ya'll know how it goes

So I ended up going a different route. Still have the RC 6" kit, but I threw in full length Bilstein 5100s with an OME 887 coil. I didn't want to spent money on Kings/Icons but I still wanted a proper 6" shock to eliminate the front block. I figure it's better than stacking blocks with a lift coil. I'm also working with a local shop to get rear springs fabbed. I'm putting together a DIY tutorial soon and I'll slap it up here after I get back from the states. Going on a little trip to Florida but I'll be back in Hawaii in a few weeks

    6 inch lift. 35's.
So you completely removed the front block and used 5100's? I don't see how that would get you 6 inches if lift.

Correct. Bilstein makes a full length 5100 shock designed to work with 6" DB kits. It rides very smooth with no strut spacer.

As you can see, substantially longer than our stock coilover. I should have taken pix before I installed it but oh well. Size 12 slipper for comparison. OME 887 Spring BTW

That part number on bilstein website says 5" lift. Did your front end drop?

Yes sir, rough country 6" kit. I tossed that damn strut spacer. My next step is to eliminate the rear block and buy matching bilstein shocks in the rear. Right now I am running the rough country rear shocks. They are okay but I'd like a matching setup.

I have the same bilsteins, how much lift did you get total with the 887's? My eibachs are sagging a bit.

Do you by chance have a hub to fender measurement?

I can't give you measurements right now as I'm on the main land and my truck is back in hawaii, but will get some up asap. Also working on a little write up too. I actually gained more lift than I expected, almost a whole 8" for the first day but its settled in since then to about 6.8". I dont know what its sitting at right now but it definitely looks closer, if not a tad bit higher, to the setup with the stock coil + strut spacer. I specifically went with the 887 coil because my previous setup had the 521600 Toytec coil, and it sagged a bit with a full tank of gas. After speaking with my local dealer in Hilo, we decided to give the OME coil a shot because they boast about their anti-sag stuff. It looks as though you have a bumper though, that would definitely sag your Toytec spring out. Try something with a higher spring rate maybe? The 887 coil is only 590lbs, but OME has a great selection of springs.

Whoops, I think I misunderstood your question. No, my front end is currently level with the rear, but I still expect more settling. I have a 4" block and a Toytec AAL in the rear because I wanted to maintain a bit of rake as I still pull a trailer here and there, so hopefully the front settles more. It is listed as a 5" shock, but Bilstein uses that number in conjunction with the RCD 4.5" lift kit which uses the stock toyota coil. With a lift coil like Toytec or OME, you should expect +2" of lift.

Same set up. 6" rough country. I like it, makes it look badass, obviously not going to rock crawl, but does the job for clearance, looks, and getting down some questionable dirt roads for camping and hunting

What kind of coilovers and shocks you have under there?

That's awesome to hear! With my 112620 toytec/eibach I got about an inch of lift to start but after sagging I'm at only 1/2 inch of additional height. I'm looking for a coil that is in the 650 spring rate range that can still give me 2 inches of lift. Ome has there 886 but I have heard some issues of people running those with the 5100's.

You shouldn't have an issue especially with the additional bumper weight. Just make sure you set your shocks at 0" and you should be good. I've heard some people say that as well but most of them don't seem to know entirely what they are talking about except that it's not recommended for their truck. For a stock weight truck, no. For a beast w/ a bumper like yours hellz yeah. Give Marie @HeadStrong Off-Road a call and she can direct you better than a lot of the fools here including me Haha
