really?? "Hernandez became combative with agents who were preparing to hand him over to Mexican officials in Tijuana after he entered the United States illegally," How exactly is this a homicide???
More proof that the Govt doesnt have ICE/BCP agents backs.

Well said sir. Thank you. I still have 0 sympathy for the guy. I feel for the BCP agents though.

I don't know either. I will be curious to see if any charges are filed against the Patrol Agents. I will very upset if they do, but I don't think they will.

I wonder if international politics are a factor here. I suspect so.

    Me too! :D

Meh, I wouldn't worry too much not yet anyways, not in till criminal charges are filed, then get pissed off. It all comes down to the federal prosecutors on whether or not to charge.
I'm not sure how the Officer would have known about the methamphetamine abuse and hypertension, the Doctor should have ruled it a accidental homicide?!
I have a feeling that the Doctor may have a grudge about the Arizona law maybe? I think a investigation of the Doctor is also warranted.

The fact that it's a "homicide" just means there will need to be an investigation into whether it was a criminal homicide versus a justifiable homicide versus an accidental homicide.

It sounds like these agents will be in the clear. At least I hope so.

I completely agree and someone else came to the same conclusion on the news site in the comments section. The law can call something a homicide and not file any criminal charges. But I think for most people the choice of words can be confusing/misleading.

    Don't confuse "murder" with "homicide".

Homicide has a much broader scope under the law.

I looked it up but the clip looks like it's from the movie Grindhouse by Quinton Tarantino.

understable, however, tazing is non-lethal, so if the guy died, something else was the catalyst
