    True thankfully my dad gave me some land and in the county there's no build code lol. so I just made a structure and one of the professionals that did the last update asked me about it and said it's all overkill lol. And it's proven that it is. We use a wood stove for heat and window ac's and in the winter it's hot as fuck. Summer it's cold lol
