    My brother has my dad's '65 Chevy pickup in his yard to "fix up someday". Dad bought it new and all six of us kids learned to drive in it so it has a sentimental value as well but it'll sit there and rust away. It even still has a couple of 8-track tapes in the glove box. Buck Owens and Merle Haggard. :)

    There's many minor laws that carry a jail sentence that seem to be never used. The article brought up a good point on the homeless front, not Santa Barbara specifically, mostly the bay area... In an area so wealthy, so compassionate, so accepting etc etc etc feel good about yourself adjectives, they allow this to happen

    I'd never trust a winch hook held on by those clamps. Maybe they're sufficient, but that just seems sketchy.
