Backspacing and Offset question

    5100's all around, OME 888 and Dakars. ProComp Series 05. Cooper SST Maxx 275s.
    I need some advice and struggle with this concept.

    Looking at the Pro Comp 05 Torq for my '18 OR

    I plan to have OME 888 Springs, Bilstein 5100s and Cooper SST 285s. Will start with stock UCA's at this point.

    They offer it in a few different configurations and I would like for them to stick out just a bit.

    • Wheel Size: 17x8
    • Bolt Pattern: 6 on 5.5
    • Backspace: 4.5
    • Offset: 0
    • Wheel Size: 17x9
    • Bolt Pattern: 6 on 5.5
    • Backspace: 4.75
    • Offset: -6
    Which would be better? thoughts?

    I have pro comp rims and they are 0 offset and 4.5" backspacing and they have a nice stance. That's 1 inch wider everywhere than stock

    This is an older photo but you can see the stance pretty well. It's about .5" outside my fender flares

    Skinnier - more clearance

    Is 6X5.5 the right size? I can't recall, I don't remember seeing 5.5 number.

    Yes, thats the bolt right bolt pattern.

    I would not recommend a 9" wheel but do recommend staying 4.5 BS or below
