It’s common to paint your bumper caps. I say keep them if you can get it back in place.

This is what you need regardless:

None yet, looking to make changes
That right side is no good, and the piece it connects looks like its damaged also. So I may have to replace it all.
I take the fender bender as a positive, I've been procrastinating .to upgrading. This gives me a reason to start

Noticed on the instruction manual for that bumper it said "THIS PRODUCT IS FOR OFFROAD USE ONLY. ALL LIABILITY FOR INSTALLATION AND USE RESTS WITH THE OWNER."
What does that mean ? Is it not legal to use on road / state inspection issues ???
I like it and was thinking on buying one.

Since it’s not an OE item, their legal dept makes them state this. Like all aftermarket parts that you install, you’re responsible after that, not the manufacturer.

Enter your vehicle description at rockauto and search for bumper caps. There are several options

If you’re going to do some trail runs, it may be worth going steel, but if not, I’d just do the caps.

DoesToyota sell the rear bumper caps that come colored matched to your truck? Or do they just offer the chrome and all black ones?

Just chrome and black. You have to get the black ones and have them painted to match the color of your truck.
