So the final segment on my workbench project.
After consideration of different leg locks I decided to do a removable pin.
I wanted it to flip on itself for storage.
So a piece of 2x3 and another strap hinge I cut 45’s.

    333E71DB-8F27-4245-905A-A6A47C613023.jpg

By checking angles and witness lines I found the correlation center for the brace and proceeded to drill through both pieces.
    It worked...
Did something like this many many moons ago.
So now I just fold down the legs and pin them..

Under view of locking pins and braces.

4 coats of poly and I don’t want to scratch it. Lol

    Done just in time..
Had fun shaking the cobwebs of wood working out of my brain.
Think it came out pretty good and will be a big plus on projects...

    Speaking of projects

This one is staged to be repaired.
Already replaced the carb, added a fuel shut off , oil change. Runs mint.
Now to repair the blower housing.
Enough for today. I’ll tackle that next weekend when I have TWO DAYS OFF....
