Yep... Definitely heading into SoCal..

Some here may turn their noses up at it but it has held up fine for the 1 year its been on and shows no signs of real wear except on the bottom of the axle, as road debris can scratch that area up. I plan to re-spray as needed but havent had to yet. soo.. i did something interesting today... installed a lift kit on a subaru.. actually looks kinda neat.. needs meatier tires though

 

I always thought lifted overland outbacks were pretty tight when done right

 

guy acutally uses this thing to show up mall crawlers. lol its seen more offroad than most peoples jeeps have.

 

When they are like this they looks pretty cool

 

tires are the next thing i have to do to it. hes trying to decide on wheels.. probably going to end up going with steelies from what he said

 

Tell him look at the rally method, they have some nice options that will fit

 

i saw those. i wonder if the 15" wheels will fit.. i love the look of rally wheels

 

I think the 502 will fit. Ik the 17” fit on sti’s and those come with big brembos

 

I got lucky at Goodwill today and found a solid puller foot, looked closer at it and it is an early OTC tool, still says Owatonna Tool Company. Don't think I'll bend this one ever, just need to make a forcing screw for it...

 

you can probably contact OTC and they can get you one.

 

So I found the tool, but it was originally a set of two pullers so I'm not sure in the related parts on the right which forcing screw is for which, the prices are different so they must be different parts
