Finally dropped the money on a 2018 TRD Off Road. I couldn't be happier with it. By far a huge upgrade from my 2012 Escape. (dad car). While good on gas, plenty of room for what the family needed. Its little 4 Cyl engine and having 100,000 miles on it already, pushed me to make a new purchase. PCS/ETS coming soon, I know for a fact the Ecrape wont make the 16 hour drive loaded down with hundreds of pounds of ammo cans and pelican cases. (if you catch my drift)

Coming back from a trip to El Paso I started having transmission issues. Luckily diagnosed and repaired in Colorado Springs at an old Squad Leaders house. On the way down to Ft. Bliss from Riley a rock popped a hole in my AC Condenser and a rock chipped my windshield. So the culmination of all of that said, "hey dumba**, go buy a Tacoma. Thus, a Tacoma was brought home that Monday after driving back on Friday. Needless to say, best purchase.

I have about 450 miles on her in about two weeks. While she was spendy, I am confident that she will last a long time and probably will even be donated to my son once he is of driving age. So all in all I cant beat that. Especially with the reputation the Tacoma has made for itself.

Proud to be a part of the Tacoma community and looking forward to seeing what I can get myself into with her and learn things from all of you.

Much appreciated, kind sir. Thank you for yours as well. I am definitely looking forward to changing some things up with her. I have seen a lot of nifty things done to these trucks.
