Wiring and sprinklers/spigots. Running a full time spigot to the back of the shed and to Tanya’s garden. I’ll be building a new control area right beside the shed for my 5th zone and a new additional zone.

I’m currently not planning to move the air compressor, but I do have 2 conduits ran to the shed so it might be possible later.

An extra framing gun and compressor should be awesome! As well as an extra set of hands. This weekend was horrible for the heat and I was constantly having to take cool down breaks.

It depends on what you want. The most important thing is the schools. There are some really bad ones.
White Plains is probably the nicest area. It definitely has the best schools around. A little bit country because it borders the National Forest.
Anniston City School system was/is the worst in the state. Anniston also consistently ranks in the top ten for violent crime per capta in the nation. There are some nice areas on the east side but its almost impossible to sell a house because the schools are so bad. This includes Golden Springs area. There is a good private school on the east side $$$$$.
Oxford looks good from the highway, but has a really bad side that most never see. This really has an effect on the schools.
Jacksonville is ok but I think its getting worse. Small college town. Good school system. A little bit of a drive to Oxford. Choccolocco ORV is there.
Alexandria is ok too. Good school. Country. Also a drive to Oxford.
Saks, Weaver, Welborn, and Munford are all pretty poor with failing schools.
Lincoln is getting better because of the Honda plant.
Talladega is a no for sure.
    Heflin is alright. Really country.

The problem with the whole area is that the Army base closed in the 90s and took a lot of money with it. Couple that with a large minority population in Anniston and a white blue collar population in the rural area surrounding it that don't get along.
