Get it before the Blink 182 show in Sept..

 

The camper did good in the storm. We slept in it the 1st night of rain and it didn't have any problems so I knew it was ok the other times. My ez-up I was wondering about but it did really well too

 

Hey Rob Good to hear the camper was ok. How’s TT going? Any improvement on the CB reception?

 

I've seen different front end swaps but this is the best one I think

I didn't get it sandblasted at work like I wanted (the blaster cabinet was down) . I did sand down the rust a little bit and the hit most of it with primer except where the mounts were and honestly the reception seems to be much worse.
I'll be having it blasted soon and then recoating it properly. I also bought a real stainless steel mount and spring (at a truck stop) to get rid of the rusty chrome plated ones. Once it's properly painted and mounted I'll start diagnosing any other reception problems

BTW, NASCAR is at the track in the Poconos which may add to the traffic. Wife and daughter are coming home from Wilkesbarre. Wave if you see a red blurr fly by with a Sig sticker on the rear window - that'll be her.

I saw that email. I"d love to see them again, but Mohegan's a drive for a down and back. With the baby I can't really convince the wife to go, and don't really feel like spending the money for an overnight without her. Whine whine, I know.

We were camping at Lake Dennison this weekend and we got some pretty good rain. We had a good 5” of water running through our site. We were so close to the lake though, it all drained down quick.

 

Not needed unless you want it. Imo just make sure to hydrate well at least a week before. The super shouldn't be any more than 2.5 -3.5 hours. I usually do the honey waffles and cliff shot bloks. I think 1 waffle is good for about an hour. 1/2 pack of blocks is good for an hour too. So 1 pack bloks and 1 waffle in your pockets should be good
