I just got a gate pass to pick up my daughter and got incredibly lucky I guess.

Either that or the TW member who threatened to tattle on me after my last TSA rant actually followed through

You haven’t lived until you’ve been taken to the room with no windows for the “TSA special.” The best part is there’s always one agent there just to watch...

Not sure what I'm doing wrong.. but no secret rooms for me yet. All they do is confiscate my butter knives and keep my books that they want to read. :angrygirl:

I got a lighter through. Isn't that a first degree felony or something?

Wife got the "TSA Special" last time. Almost missed our flight.

I got to keep my butter knife last time I accidentally had one in my backpack.

I may need to set something up beforehand with a bail bondsman in case I'm ever awarded a "TSA special"

Yeah I grabbed a camping bag that had the basics in there... there was also a metal butter knife. Made it to the gate before I realized they took my book as well. Had to go all the way out, through the TSA line AGAIN and find the Monopoly Guy who gave me my book back. This was right after I broke my toe... great time hobbling all over the stupid airport.

Lucky me, we get to spend a couple nights in Sioux Falls, SD. One of the trailer tires is completely worn on the inside edge. Lasted a whole 6k miles... hoping to take it to get looked at tomorrow. We shall see if one of the two alignment shops has any availability.

I was just saying that the other day when my dad told me they got stuck on the runway for 2 hours. You can bet your ass I'll be opening that emergency door and getting the hell off the plane.

At this rate I never want to fly again. Although the highway was shutdown for an hour yesterday while flight for life landed and picked up a motorcyclist that appears to have been hit by a semi.

I adjusted the camber on my motorcycle trailer once with a jack in the middle of the axle bar while it was fully loaded :D
