Doing some product testing on some new skid plates. Made it to the top and back with no rock stacking or winch line pulled! Super impressed with the truck, video to come soon

Great picture! I can’t wait to catch your videos after this trip and purchase these skid plates? They say DB lifts can’t go off-roading and do what a 3” lift can. Haha How’s the no sway bar?

No sway bar is awesome! With the DB kit you obviously have to pay some attention to rocks in the middle of the trail, and take lines a little differently than the Jeeps. But I was impressed with the truck, and it rode smooth over all the crud.

Try to give those skids a good bashing. I’m not going To believe they were tested if you don’t have some nice skids and dents.

What’s the weight total? I’m not a rock-crawler, but wouldn’t mind some low-key underbody protection.

You see all the modifications he had to do just to make it work? An OR would have been fine stock.

That’s awesome. I was actually very excited that you were taking this trip and adding the skid plates to your truck for rock crawling. I’m thinking that maybe I should just remove my sway bar when I do my install. I like the fact that you have full lock with your 35” tires for turning purposes. For that to happen, all you did was remove the sway bar and the stop bumps that BDS has you weld on to the OEM stop Bumps correct?

It's a drop bracket lift. It is how some people choose to achieve a lot of lift and it's different structurally than lifting with coils alone. I think it may have to do with 4x4 as well, but I'm a 4x2 guy talking out of my ass now
