Put a $15 actuator in the tailgate. Works just like a pop n lock. Was a pain in the ass to lineup and had to modify the bracket to accommodate the 10mm bolt but well worth the effort.

Why not just black out your headlights, it’s fairly simple

Do you have a PN for the larger tray from the second gen. Stopped at the dealership today and the parts guy could not differentiate between the two sizes and was super helpful. Told me that if I could find the part number, he could order the tray for me.o_O

Oh... and $81 Canadian (plus taxes) for either size.:canada::spending:

If MESO makes, I have it or am trying to get it!

$70.62cdn + GST at Mayfiled Toyota:
    https://parts.mayfieldtoyota.com/p/__/49658927/744310C020.html

If you order at the parts desk make sure to make them honor the Web pricing. Northwest wouldn't price match on other items for me before. Had a few discussions with them about that . . .

Edit: $69.96cdn w/prime on Amazon.ca but no stock right now.

Thanks Basher. Much appreciated. I am from Edmonton, but currently working in Regina. I'll be home for 16 hours and then gone again. Amazon might be the better option.

Man, I really thought that the bright red was going to look awful, at least when I saw the picture by itself. But on the truck, it looks frelling amazing!
