    Nik. When you change your oil...do you remove and replace the old filter first or drain then replace?

    I remove the old filter, suck out/drain out and wipe out the filter cup, install new filter then lift it up and let oil drain out the pan

    Edit: always wipe some new oil on the filter o ring with your finger before tightening down

    Lol no your truck is high enough you can half sit underneath it. I just always lift it up on a rack because our oil drain buckets are like 3-4ft tall
