    Gotcha
    That's pretty much what Google helped me figure out.

    Cortical=on surface
    Lucency=an area that lets X-rays through the tissue and as a result appears darker on the picture.
    Diaphysis=the shaft or central part of a long bone.

    What's next then? Biopsy??

    They were 17s and they’re all gone.

    Locker is in! Took it for a test drive and nothing exploded. DEFINITELY going to take getting used to the noises. Accelerating around a corner results in a loud bang of it unlocking or tire chirping.

    Yeah. It’s a fun quirk of these things. I went on another test drive though and adjusted my driving habits a bit. Haven’t heard it since. So all in all I think it’ll just take getting used to, which o
    I expected

    Got the locker in. Took it for an initial test drive with Tyler and we were both like "uhhhhhh" at all the noises it was making. Just pulling out of my driveway it made a loud bang. It's understandable because I have to make this S turn while accelerating up a steep hill, but we weren't expecting it. Once I started coasting around corners it was pretty much silent.

    On a slightly curvy road, you can definitely feel the rear end wanting to push you in a straight line. You have to give just a slight amount of muscle to keep the steering wheel where you want it to go.

    Took it for a slightly longer test drive up to about 50 mph, and adjusted driving habits further. I did everything I could to avoid accelerating around corners. For example at a red light right turn, I would stop farther back and accelerate in a straight line, then clutch in and coast through the corner. Worked like a charm. I don't think the banging it makes is necessarily bad, but I want to minimize it. Sometimes it'll be unavoidable. Anywho, I'm still very happy with my purchase.

    Yeah it was expected as it's a characteristic of lunch box lockers. I'm sure once my habits change and I have the music on (not listening for noises) I'll forget it's there.

    Damn. Sorry to hear that.

    They were 17's and they are gone as Randy said. I'll keep an eye out for any though.

    Plus you have a DD so it's a little different. The benefits offroad should outweigh the potentially noise trip to the trails

    Exactly. I'm still unsure if I would recommend this for a daily, but time will tell. Honestly though this seems to be a great bang for the buck. (pun totally intended)
