I'm really curious as to why it was locked though, so I'm gonna read it all. First post is really sad.

Yep, just made it to the end. Made me cry a bit because I couldn't even fathom losing my wife like that.

Yea I saw it earlier. I reached out to a couple Navy contacts in Mississippi and Arizona to see if anyone got word of anything or if they could help in any way.

Dude, same here. That family pic is what did me in.

I used to think all my emergency preparedness was over the top. Even my smart watch has a feature that sends an sos. Not any more. I'm beefing it up.

Just soooo sad. I pm'd her and was giving her the sUAS/SAR info from my other forum that was activating. Then I had to PM those guys to shut it down. I had such high hopes.

A sad day for me on TW for sure.

Yea, a lot if people really banded together very quick. At one time there were over 1000 people viewing the thread and 900+ were visitors.

    It's truly an amazing forum.

Buy! I leased my 4RT and was afraid to look at it sideways.

Lease is excellent for expensive vehicles you don't keep long.

Well if I lease for 3 years at 15k a year I'll be paying on $9.8k with a $15.2k buffer at the end of the lease to protect me from almost certain depreciation. Could really save my ass if I don't want it in 3 years.

You are absolutely correct. What is the max milage on that? But if you want it, that amount is what you'll have to finance at typically a higher rate.

RandyFab can whip something up. By the time you finally get the sticker it can go on the crosstrek!

True, but I'd take a huge chunk out of it with the down payment I wouldn't make for leasing. I was doing to the math on it and realized I would come out to the same amount eventually.
