Gotcha, so for the uca can you just undo the 4 bolts that secure the ubj and attach it to the aftermarket one?

Thats how the uca attaches to the body 4bolts hold ubj to uca

 

i'd love to get those figures lol but one question i got asked is how does a supercharger do on heat when go 5mph on trail

 

I understand how it connects to the frame, how bout the spindle

 

4bolts hold the uca to the ubj. So you can leave the ubj attached to the spindle

 

Thats what I was asking. I saw those little bolts, well that actuallt makes it super convenient for a uca swap. That shouldnt take too long

 

The uca is easy. The coil is whats hard

 

I got pretty good at tearing apart front end suspensions on first and second gens and I am sure we could have that done in a couple hours working on either side.

Superchargers are big heat pumps when they're doing their things, at 5mph it shouldn't be doing anything at all, not enough throttle input. It'll be hot though, can't even touch mine after a drive.

 

Makes sense, so we need a sktchy spring compressor

You have to compress the fuck out the coil then man hadle the fuck out it to take it out, and teh new coils are even taller then the stock ones so that will be more of a bitch to get in. One of the reasons I haven’t installed it yet
