    I agree,too much smoke can overpower the taste,once i get my heat up, i keep a side fire in a little weber and throw coals.

    One of my roommates in the house i just moved out of had one very similar to this. It really was easy, prep the meat, prep the smoker and leave it alone until the meats done!
