I have visited Hawaii on a few occasions. Love their styling of the Tacoma. Hoping to get stationed out there in the next couple of years.

Die you cast a lei out to sea when you left?

When I lived there we were told tradition was to cast a lei out to sea to guarantee that someday you would return. I hope it is true. I hope to live out my retirement there.

I can't think of any place as beautiful to live.

Yea, all I would need to bring with are my summer clothes, and vehicles. The rest can stay here. I would be happy for life. Just let me hit that damn Lotto.

Too right. The one time we went to Hi, packing was a freaking joy. All of us (two freaking daughters) did it with four bags and we were attending a wedding there. Just hilarious.

Yea, how it is when we go to Mexico. One bag for clothes each, and one toiletry essentials bag. Siesta Key will be the same way. We did a trip to the Dominican once and the resort restaurants required semi-formal attire at night. It makes for a nice break from the flip flop scene but packing is double. Not going back.

Nope, nope, NOPE! I cannot abide. I can live my entire life in shorts and flip flops or other comfortable stuff. If some place doesn't want me because of that, I'm completely okay with it.

    I'm just dumb like that.

Story of my life. If I have to wear pants and shoes I’m pissed. My uncles funeral his wife asked everyone to come in aloha shirt, shorts and slippers. My biggest argument I had with my wife was why do I have to wear shoes on my wedding day. I live my life in board shorts. That will never change.

    Island life!

What we enjoyed most was how everyone (EVERYONE!) was on island time. You could feel the chill.
