The one I have is just like the one you pictured. The 80's models had mechanical gauges but the 90's had digital. Some had a combination of both.

Guess I have to go find a Montero so I can harvest the ambient temperature sensors. Don't know if I should bother since it's programmed in Celsius.

I already have ambient temperature on my Gentex mirror. Where is it going on your 4Runner?

Is your artificial horizon still functioning correctly? They all tend to leak oil till they don't work anymore. Mine is bone dry, have to go find some Glycerin to fill it with.

How long has this been going for? We don't get this kind of news on tv unless it involves gunshots

Yeah i rented a mini skid steer to remove lots of dirt, but I woulda spent more money and carried dirt around the entire yard.
Hope it doesnt get too close man!
the carr fire is creating its own weather systems, pretty gnarly. same thing happened when san diego burnt up. Fire tornados were jumping 8 lane highways. Bigger planes isnt the problem. Its overgrowth to all of californias forests that havent been logged in years. So poor forest managment has enabled a very thick canopy that renders the planes useless. If the fire retardent cant reach the ground, it cant be stopped. So they let it burn and try and clear where they think the fire may go.
