    No Gotti whole foods here. Just walmart, target, united supermarkets, Costco and sams. Heck I don't even think we have an Albertsons. No HEB either here where I live. I'll keep a lookout though!

    @ThunderCookies I seent you use wrist wraps on the skwats, does that help out? Seen a porta insta peeps use them, thinking about getting some too. Shoot I should buy knee sleeves, chucks since I'm buying everything one by one.

    Yea knee sleeves on the list. Maybe next check. I ordered the stoic wrist wraps Saturday. They should be here soon. I'll be using them during squats for sure.

    Actually no. Its more of a pain when I stretch out that tendon or put a lot of weight but doesn't bug me sleeping or doing anything "normal". Last bench workout left it sore, but in a good way, last night did some DB work and didn't bug this morning or felt sore. I just have to work on strengthening and working on supporting it. Things you learn about your body.

    While I'm inclined to suspect not, it could be a pinched nerve. I didn't get the pins and needles anywhere in my arm when I got it 12 years ago but felt a similar soreness.

    Almost 100% thank you for asking. Haven't tried weights yet but I've been riding my bikes a lot and no more issues grabbing the grips or brake levers.

    What did you do to remedy it? The soreness seems to be getting better day by day, I'm trying to be active in stretching it out and strengthening my forearms. We'll see how I feel on bench day again.

    No, doesn't hurt the Tennis elbow side if thats What you mean. It only hurts on the inside of the elbow right below the bone that sticks out. Seems to be the tendon that runs to my ring finger. Either when I put pressure or slightly bend my elbow. Ever had that happen?

    Hurts a lot less today.
