    Yeah.
LOL, yeah. I immediately started thinking of a camping trip and figuring out how to let my dog sit up front. Which means something to put on the seat, another harness strap (he can't be trusted to have too much leeway), etc. I have some more clear 3M film to put on the paint outside the window -- his nails scratch it up when he gets excited and hangs out the window. Nothing that won't buff out. Mostly.

I did that once on my prop. It was a very loud POP POP POP and then I guess it chopped up.

    Yeah.
Seems everyone has been a bit busy. No signs of slowing down here. Need to get out, take a break.

    Yeah.
    Sooooo, yeah. Not done yet.

Decided to do bed stiffeners since I now have the rack, tent, recovery gear and a 5 gallon fuel can hanging from the rack. I'll have to get some pics of the jerry can mounting. I like how it turned out, but it probably seems a bit weird. But, it's out of the way and doesn't interfere with my camping setup.

Lots of good options out there for stiffeners, decided to go with the Total Chaos ones. I might relocate my CB antenna to the integrated mount. Or not, if it lowers it too much or I don't like how it's positioned.

Also -- the one thing I should have already done -- the dang diff breather mod! Any recommendations on whether the fuel cap area or inside the bed cubby is a better location?

Anyone here tech savvy? I am in need of an external drive for my Mac and don't know if a Thunderbolt 2 HDD or a USB 3.0 SSD will be better/faster. A Thunderbolt 2 SSD is very hard to find and very expensive. It will mainly be an HD video storage device. 500GB preferred.

    Yeah.
USB 3.0 should be fine for streaming, 3.1 is likely what you will find. Heck, even USB 2.0 is probably fast enough -- plus, USB will be compatible with more devices. Unless you are streaming IN from a HD source and streaming OUT to a 4K device through the same bus at the same time, you shouldn't have a problem. If you plan to do that, Thunderbolt would be your best bet since it can segment the streams.

EDIT: Here you go, not bad for a 500GB SSD: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B073GZBT36/ref=psdc_3015429011_t1_B01AVF6UQQ

That's exactly the device I was eyeballing. Does Samsung make pretty good SSDs?

I just ordered my oil and filter today because it's that time again. Is the quick drain the same threads for my truck? I'll take it if so

I get my filters from Camelback Toyota in AZ, $35 for a 10 pack (50k miles worth). I’ll bring the Fumoto next weekend for move in, maybe dinner F or S night. A real IFS skid will protect it, I’m just not there yet, yet.

Tacos 4 Life is too expensive! Only been there once or twice. I'm usually not even in Fayetteville for half of the weekends of the semester because I'm always traveling.
