Anyone knowledgeable with SwitchPros 8100 near Arvada? Can't get my button station to light up or do anything. Already talk to switch pros. Tried just going straight constant 12v to ignition switch and still get nothing.

I did a thing this evening. Didn’t turn out half bad. Will have to wait until I get the bumper on to see how well things line up though.

What did you end up using to cut it?

Grinder with cut off wheel. Went pretty smoothly. Then cleaned up the burr with a dremel. Still need to paint the newly cut metal to prevent rust before I put the trim on. Anyone have any suggestions on the best paint or other material to use to prevent rust on the fresh cuts?

    Primer? Or a rust nuterlizer?

Are you gonna put somthing like door edge guard on it to give a plastic barrier between the metals?

Are the buttons working or is switch panel dead? Are you running the SP power cable from battery to control module? Checked the Fuse on it maybe or try a cable with no fuse? Are the dim setting set too low?

Assuming you have gone through this but figured post this!

I had an issue with mine freezing on me had to send it in and SP swapped it out. I had an old version 1.1

Yeah I am going to use the trail toys edge trim. It looks like a pretty durable trim and looks good too in my opinion.

Had to go look it up. That’s does look better than door edge guard.

Have you looked closely at coop’s? His is similar but has a foam cylinder to fill in the gap.

Sadly yes, I will be driving around like that for a couple days. Maybe someone will spot me and get a pic for the spotted thread. I saw a crazy second gen today. White with orange accents and a bunch of hoonigan stuff on Kipling. Too slow for a picture though.

I posted this in the general forums yesterday, but does anyone know of a good fab shop or individual that can build a custom bed rack for my RTT? Also looking for a set of sliders. Located in Colorado Springs

A small handful of select mods.
In the Springs you could get sliders from Hefty Fabworks. Not sure he is doing custom fab work though but I am sure that Lauren who works for them could tell you a good shop.
