I had to evict a tenant that moved into my completely remodeled house and didn't tell me they had 2 full grown pits inside the house. Scratching up all my brand new handscraped wood floors. Chewing on casing, and using the restroom where ever they felt. I called the County Sheriff and had them removed for cause. They had 96 hours by court ruling to move out. Anything left in the house at 95:59, went up on craigslist as estate auction. I made $6300 in their garbage, and was awarded $13k for damages and remainder of lease contract.

 

Ok finally got a few little things added tonight. My blacked out Texas badges showed up today and my black valve stem caps. I did the lettering on glove box tonight as well. Decided to play around with some old Reflective vinyl I had laying around from a previous project.

 

I always play stupid. “I don’t know, they just told me to come move shit and fix some stuff”.

I’m 5’10” and 205 of solid mashed potatoes. I suppose the right lighting makes me look intimidating on occasion, but sunlight only shows how much I like chicken wings

I love my old man, but he’s never rented and thus has little experience with where the stupid meter actually caps out. He has nice property, but nice property means a nice upkeep bill (especially with bad renters). I keep telling him to require a background and credit check before they even get to see the property. That alone will scare off most of his troubles.

He doesn’t have the time or energy to pursue it like you did since he’s building a new house in Cali. I’ll be showing the property now and asking the questions necessary because I absolutely know bad neighbors/renters/tenants.
