    It's less Tacoma and more mod
    I put a front and rear dashcam system on mine, it covers the stock rearview. Kinda nice because i can have the rear camera on in the rearview all the time if I want.

    we made it to the lake no problem. Thought we wouldn't be alone but somehow were. LOTs of people on the trail. More than normal but was saturday..Was a group of 4 with land cruisers 4runner and a range rover. they ALL had trailers :laugh: We met them at the "big" obstacle, they had left the trailers further back and just ran up to the lake. Water is high as hell. Still a lot of snow in the area.

    We got super lucky with rain. It rained twice shortly at night. Pretty much it. Was still cloudy when it go dark though. We hiked around the entire lake as well today. Insane views. I took almost 400 photos. Hoping i have tuesday off so I can do those. Hit up all the nice look outs as well after the trail, Fisher Peak has a big drift right at the fork, not passable at this time. Should be in a few weeks though.

    Naw, just brass wood screws, which I found out, spin and snap in half at the slightest bit of resistance from the wood. I had to drill pilot holes, pre screw them with stainless, then I could put in the brass screws

    Monte, help to understand what I a looking at here. I understand they are stock length for a 1st gen. But whats not clear is how they will mount to the frame. I see what looks like poly bushings and sleeves, similar to what is used in aftermarket UCAs. But I don't see how the OEM cam adjusters will work with those.

    Also, the ad doesn't say it but is it correct to assume they were designed to use the OEM LBJ?

    Yeah all poly bushing. Oem lbj unless you run solos spindles.

    Uses sleeves so not really sure myself. I'd assume you used the stock bolts and the cams but not the oem sleeves? Not sure really. I don't have them :p

    They have photos of it mounted. But I don't know anyone with them. Brand new and all. On Instagram it looked like a bunch of folks were interested.

    I'm bummed the secondary mounted didn't make it. Might as well do the white line bushings and the TC kit

    cool factor I suppose. Potentially more travel, but I still think the UCA is the limiting factor though, and even then the LBJ will be.

    I noticed that the OEM LCA bushing were limiting mine. By going to the whitelines at least a full inch of down travel was added. Maybe even a little more.

    It was funny, after installing them, we had to jack up the front to be able to get the front wheels back on. :rofl:

    Yeah I think I might go that route. The fact you can add a hydro front bump on the Solo arms is tempting...but not really. You be riding in the bumps so much I would suck to tune.

    I think with either the Superbumper or the Plastic Guys ones plus secondary double bypasses with extended CO, UCAs and the Whitelines. Be a killer setup.


    though part of me is just going...just get LT again..haha

    I have all that except a secondary double bypass shock. What all is involved with mounting one of those? Sounds expensive. :oops:
