I notice many of the wheel covers to not cover the 2 plastic parts of the wheel. These are the two plastic pillars which come down to the bottom from the middle. Does covering these affect the airbag?

After one year of use, leather in perfect condition, I do wash my hands often and don’t have sweaty hands.. I guess that helps to keep the leather mate and not shinny.. I have used a product for leather shoes to clean it and hidrate it a couple of times... other than that nothing..

Thank You! Yeah I received the link from the tundra website. I’m going this route. Who in their right mind would pay SDHQ $600-$650 in labor to install basically this. Not me. I will pay $50 and do it myself

Maybe I'm the in the minority but this works for me. It's cheap and works. It's a tight fit and stays on well. I didn't want to spend a lot of money to cover the steering wheel because I know that whatever covering I get is going to take the wear and tear beating instead of the wheel. So why spend a lot of money on it?

I bought this one as well.....It works.....I admire those here that have the patience to stitch those leather covers! They DO look sweet, no doubt! I just know myself and I don't have the patience......

The 15 1/2 inch is for the tundra/tacoma. You might think you got the wrong one because its a tight fit, but if you use some elbow grease you'll get it on there. :)

It IS a tight fit but that's good.....won't slip! Mine had those creases where it was folded in shipping so I left it out in the sun for a half hour prior to install. But DAMN it was HOT when I grabbed it for the install, however, leaving it in the sun does help make it more pliable......FWIW.....

I’m thinking of getting one of these. I know this was several years ago, but how well did it hold up?

It's held up really good. I just took it off a few month ago because I just wanted a change.

Thank you! My truck is only six months old so I want to try to protect it.

It protects it. The truck is almost 6 years old and the steering looks like new.

    Got mine from www.stitchingcover.com

A little pricey but full customizable colors in suede and genuine leather. I needed brown to match seats. Quality is great though.
