It’s a BBQ joint but everything is great. He had the entire family down to sample the menu before they opened. Several recipes are my aunts. He uses only fresh ingredients daily. You have to get bread pudding it you go!

Amazon needs to update the RING stuff to be more integrated, but since it's yearly cost is way less like 1/2 to 1/3 the cost of every other professionally monitored system.

Got the exhaust re route done. Didn’t get it tucked up as high as I’d have liked but whatever. I can now build a proper transfer case skid.

Appreciate it. I will say, I’d much rather build skid plates than do exhaust work like this. Was not fun.

 

I've never looked at the exhaust, does it require a reroute for all of them?

 

The re route is only required if you want the transfer case skid plate flat against the transmission crossmember. Allows for maximum ground clearance.

 

I wonder why they didn't do that from the factory. I understand that for 99% of people, it won't matter though.

 

Probably came down to cost and some other nonsense. Seems like for an Off-road model like mine, ground clearance and protection would be at the top of the list but in the end, it’s really just a sticker on the back of my bed.

 

If I ever get skids, the normal one will be more than enough. I honestly have no plans of off-roading other than camping/kayaking.
