I use ChompSMS. Made by the same company as Textra, but way more customizable.

Text messages are stored in a database on the phone, and uses your carrier's settings to send/receive. If there's something wrong with those on your phone, it doesn't matter which texting app you use.

I bought my Pixel XL straight from Google. At first, I was having issues with texts. Turns out I needed to update part of the firmware to use it on Verizon.

There is a free and paid version ($3? i think). I did the free version while testing it out and then after a few weeks I got annoyed with the ads and ended up buying it because it was working just fine and figured I'd keep with it ad free.

Knocked this thing together last night. It's been a while since I built one; I'd forgotten how fast they go. Takes just as long to sand & seal as it does to build, lol. Now I've just got to pick up some carriage bolts for the leg supports and see about getting it down to my buddy in Rochester...

Wish that company did that with ChompSMS. The paid version is $1.59/year.

From a business stand point I get the recurring yearly charge since its recurring revenue for them. But as a consumer, $1.59/yr on an app just seems a little silly.

    Not exactly...

I used to build a ton of them as a side hustle, probably 25-30 a year. I started out with trial and error on the first table I built (which is still in service on my front lawn  ) and I still remember all of the measurements and angles that I settled on using. So I freehanded it, so to speak, but from a set design.

Edit- I can get you a materials list and the angles/lengths you'll have to cut, if you wanted to try your hand at one.

    Thanks!

Sure, no problem. You can use PT lumber all the way around if you want; I use KDS because it's cheaper, lighter, sands down better, and I give them a coat of Thompson's every year anyway. My personal table is 10 years old and still in good shape, FWIW.
    Materials:
    • 4 2x6x12
    • 1 2x8x12 or 2x10x12 (depending on how wide you want your seat)
    • 1 2x6x12PT (pressure treated)
    • 8 3/8x4" carriage bolts, 8 washers, 8 nuts.
    • 1 box 2.5" wood screws (I use coated deck screws for longevity, and because they cut their own countersinks)
    Cuts:
    • 5x 72" 2x6 (table top)
    • 2x 27" 2x6 (vertical table supports)
    • 1x 27" 2x6 (center table support)
    • 2x 53" 2x6 (seat supports)
    • 2x 72" 2x8/2x10 (seats)
    • 4x 36" 2x6PT (legs) cut with opposing 33 degree angles on each end
    • 2x 6" 45 degree triangles (lateral stabilizers)
Make your longer cuts first, working down to the smaller cuts as you go, and that will minimize your leftover scrap.

    Steps:
    1. Leaving 1/4-3/8" of space between each board, attach the five tabletop boards to the two 27" vertical supports, mounting the vertical supports 12" on center in from each end. Attach the 27" center table support dead center in the table top
    2. Flip tabletop upside down and attach the legs. Align the legs with the 2nd board in from the edge on each side.
    3. Attach the two 53" seat supports to the legs. The bottom edge (when the table is upright) should be approx. 15" from the bottom of the table.
    4. Attach the two 6" 45 degree triangles to the vertical table supports & the center board of the table top as stabilizers.
    5. Drill a hole through each contact point for the table legs with the vertical table supports and the seat supports (4 for each side). Insert carriage bolts, attach washers & nuts, and tighten.
    6. Flip table back over and attach the seats to the seat supports, leaving a 2-2.5" overhang
    7. Sand the splinters off and apply a coat or two of paint, stain, water sealant, etc.

You can get fancy if you want and cut a 2.5" 45 degree angle off of each of the outside corners on the seat and table boards, as well as the vertical supports for the table and the seat supports. I like to include this step because it gives the table a cleaner look, and also because I have a habit of running my shins into the corners when they aren't cut

Let me know if you have any questions or if you need more pictures of anything. I can snap a few 'underside' pictures when I get home, if you want, so you can see where and how everything attaches.

No problem. Like I said, I still remember all of the cuts and angles, so I can knock one together in about 2 hours, including unloading the boards & setting up the sawhorses

You should make a pre-cut kit that people just need to assemble and ship it all over tacoworld. Hard to find heavy-dutyish wood furniture these days. Let people paint and stain them on their own
