    Yeah the rearview mirror becomes useless unless you have a tall bed rack and the tent sits over the cab. I keep my RTT on all the time...taking it on/off would be an enormous pain. Some people do though. I keep a 30 ft steel braided cable wrapped around it and through my bed rack, spare tire and HiLift with a pad lock so it stays safe.

    The funny part is this is before any of us had met Dan. I drive a lot more carefully and slower now and he still gets far behind. Good news is we talked about that recently. Looks like he will be upgrading suspension again to hopefully be able to stomach washboards and large bumps haha

    I've never had issues parking mine outside with the rtt on. 99% of folks don't know what it is and I've even had people drive up and ask what I keep in there. And those new dashcams that replace your rearview mirror can use the rear camera to simulate the mirror if you're worried about visibility, but I haven't seen out the back in a year and it isn't bad.

    There were a couple years of them, but no turbo and poor fuel mileage. There were two years of 4x4 diesel in the states too
