thanks for the help! purchased my spruce grille this morning with george, and since I was in the spending mood I went and purchased my 6112/5160 with mini pack from Sean at Rouge off-road as well haha.

for those hoping to get any factory accessories/parts the website I was referred to was www.partsfactory.camelbacktoyota.com

Volant CAI, TRD Exhaust, Throttle Body Expansion with vortex, too many others to mention.
I installed the Volant CAI without the RAM Scoop. I ordered a 3" rubber post cap. The folks at Volant never could send me the right size.

Sometimes it's the little things. If you can't tell, I like to spray paint. Didn't say I was good at it though haha. Painted the battery holder and drums.

Had them for a year now. No leaks. No condensation. Would recommend 10/10
Got them off Amazon from the Xtune seller

You need to do a build thread & Parts list for this. I see a large number of people wanting something like this - campers, hunters, overlanders, glampers, moms & dads...

Knocked out my exhaust re route last night. Never done exhaust work so this was a first. I'm definitely buying a sawzall now though. No fun cutting exhaust pipe with an angle grinder.

Thanks. Yeah, the Toyota engineers should have to be offroad enthusiasts if they designed the offroad model. Otherwise that cross over would have been located differently from the beginning.

Guess I need to go work for Toyota...

I hear a rattle noise under the hood whenever I'm stopping and just leave my truck in D, but when I put it in Neutral the noise is gone. I tried removing the plastic cover and adding some duct tape but nothing changes.
It only happens when stopping at a light or slow traffic.
Anyone with a solution or similar situation?

X2 on the mirror glaze polish then wax over it. I try to hit mine about once a year. Its really not too bad of a job by hand. Mirror Glaze makes a (i think#9) polish that is for hand application.

It's not what I have done today, but what I plan on doing in 6 months...putting some money away until my birthday. I'm planning on budgeting $1200 to spend on either a set of rims or a lift kit. Not sure which is more important to get first, but honestly I'd probably rather have performance over looks. I'm mostly highway, with the occasional trail every month or two. What would you do with $1200?

Tires should be your first upgrade. Rims or not.

Is it coming from the front as in belt or any of the pullies? What kind of "noise" Is it sounding like?
