Nice, one question. Was it already assembled. It appears that your lower shelf is in up side down.

    Yikes. No pressure, now .

My goal is to get it done in less than 2 whiskies and not have too many parts left over .

I'm willing to bet you paid less for the two of those than I did for my one .

I took a quick glance through Craigslist, didn't find anything, then bought new.

Ha North Alabama as well, my yard has gone dormant (zoysia). Was supposed to have rained today, but negative ghost rider. After my doctors visit I laid in the pool all afternoon.

its been all or nothing here last few years. Its all snow, all rain, all dry...we had a good snow pack this winter and wet spring...then everything dries up. A chipmunk could fart and it would catch stuff on fire...doesnt mean crap to have a heavy winter and a dry summer...

Good question. I don't want to do low 'n slow for the first cook. I bought it to replace my grill. Maybe some steaks, potatoes, and corn? Whatever I do, I'll try to get it loaded up!

Split the difference. I like it.

I have a lot of meat at home that needs massaging. I'll figure something out..

yeah, I don't really consider tri tip low and slow because it cooks so quick... maybe half hour at 225-250, then sear over hot coals in the open 5 minutes per side until IT 130. Rest, slice in correct directions (there are two, which I know you already know), grub.

@itzyoboipaul , stopped by costco earlier.

This was one of the best bending, thick flat corner (the normally thin corner) I have seen in a long while. will try and get actual pics of it but I think I'm more nervous to smoke this one than I was with the Snake River Farms one

I know that thick corner looks fatty but it's pretty thin on the cap right there.
