Long Travel BS Thread

You're using all your front travel with 1 coil over shock and you think a 3" will solve that before a bypass will? I used and swore by my single coil over until I put a hyrdo bump and 3xbypass on the front, now I don't know what I did before.

 

Has anyone powdercoated their outer CV joint housing. Wondering if the rubber seal can handle 375F.

 

Nah I wouldn't step up my coilover up a size. I'd add a bypass for sure.

Oh hell ya DR site finally got a clean refresh. Last week it was under construction.

 

is anyone running EBC brakes or power stop ?

 

I’m rocking the power stop and I really like them so far! Had them since last August.

 

I'm running power stop rotors and pads up front with no other modification other than braided brake lines and it works very well.

Now just gotta get the rear brakes up to snuff...

 

I’m running tundra EBC with the green pads. They are doing pretty good. I’ll be trying the yellows next.

 

Yea they are 12s. But that's a future upgrade anyways. Just dreaming here lol

 

Tune sesh with front bypasses finally. Should work better

I've been running yellow stuff for a while, it works very well, but the dust is a mess.

 

EBC Yellow stuffs do very well

Havent had any brake fade except at first application when they're cold.
