My truck lived a pretty charmed life from the time of its purchase in September 2009 until the spring of 2015, occasionally being used to haul stuff (furniture, mattresses, a refrigerator, a huge wooden Zenith record player, and a drum kit, among other things). Between spring 2015 and spring 2016, my bed endured several years of use and abuse during that first year and a half of my job.

I was wondering if anyone has ever "rhinolined" the bed of their 2nd Gen? Would a bed mat be better? My dad had a rubber bed mat in the 1986 Mazda B2000 he owned from 1990 until 1992 and loved it!

 

IMO, a bed mat would be money well spent, and probly cheaper

 

Bedliner will not adhere and will crack and flake.

Get a bed mat

 

tractor supply has some nice belting cheap that works nice for a bed mat

I don't know if I told y'all this, but I am 99% sure I found out why my Tacoma's A/C is blowing ice cubes on the driver's side but warm on the passenger side...

The blend door actuator! Less than $30 at Auto Zone, and I can put it in myself!

 

Maybe some A/C PRO.

Yes, and it still doesn't always work...

I put some in, and works like a charm

 

I've heard that the oil or whatever is in there can fuck up the system...

Besides, it's been confirmed that my A/C doesn't need a charge.

When I have outside air, the only way to get ice cubes is driving at 85 MPH minimum. Recirculate ice cubes is like 45 MPH minimum.

 

It's not bad.

 

What do you think of my AC? The servo motor is making the classic clicking sound some Tacomas make.

 

It works just fine. It's better than my bros Nissan Sentra, but it's not better than the Rav4.
