Not being sarcastic or judgemental but why the steel plate? Just curious is all.

In case anyone was wondering, that raptorliner stuff is super easy to spray, costs $100 on Amazon and comes with the gun, and spray!
Oh and also a 3” body lift in the front and 2” in the rear and wrapped the TRD Pro wheels in a 33x12.5” tire. Truck looks so much better without chrome imo

Hey thanks brother I appreciate it! I’m jelly of the cement, wish I would’ve done my research before buying and realized that it was an available color for the TRDOR in ‘18

No worries about mpg unless you do a lot of high speed highway driving. Even at that I think the worst case might be 1/2 to 1 mpg. I did put on a TRD Skid plate which smooths the lower end a bit and drive 85% in town and 15% on DFW freeways (which can be worse than in town sometimes) I think my mpg has gone up. Probably due to the truck breaking in. But sans the air dam I couldn't tell the difference.

Tacoma tailgates are notoriously weak in the middle. The steel plates reinforce the tailgate. Plus, it does away with the horribly deep vertical ribs in the tailgate.

Looks great but just looked on the mobtown site and I think the plate is aluminum not steel...which is lighter so that’s a good thing

Anyone know how to program new tpms sensors...I know I have the correct ones...the Toyota guru I went to for my wheel/tire mount and balance/ alignment said I got the correct ones but I just didn’t want to cough up $80 for him to program them. I’ve read the owners manual and poked around online...given it a few tries but can’t seem to get them programmed. Time to ask the people I trust to help me get this done...you all. Wealth of knowledge here. Thanks in advance to anyone who can lend a hand with this one.

they offer an aluminum and steel. I opted for steel because i haul dirtbikes often and thought steel would be more sturdy. Plus it was cheaper :D

I used the headlight revolution gr3 in both the lows and the highs and they are much better than the stock bulbs. I first had the OPT 7, but the gr3 are significantly better. Not cheap. The OPT 7 are in the fogs and they work well there. I always drive at night with lows and fogs on. 2 years and not a single flash from oncoming traffic, and I drive every day on a 2 lane backroad before the sun comes up.
