Looks much better.

 

I don't understand how people find debadged trucks attractive.

 

Simple and clean.

 

Especially on a regular cab truck.

 

I did buy some blackout badges, but I think I'm putting one of them on the grille...

 

That will fuck up the paint

I scuffed it up a bit, but I'm planning on having significant paintwork done to the truck next year...

I'm going to put black TACOMA emblems on the doors, so you won't be able to see it...

I attempted to use SOS pads to get off excess adhesive that the plastic card could not get off...

 

Where he used an SOS pad (steel wool) to remove residue

I would try to buff it out first. If it's just in the clear coat you have a chance. If it's down to the base coat....forget it

 

It disappears if Goo Gone is applied, which I found out by accident when I was using Goo Gone to read of excess adhesive...

 

Hair dryer, fishing line, thumb, patience, cleaner wax

 

You need a micro compound to try and remove the haze (lots of tiny scratches compressed together)
