    @koditten

    That is very helpful, thank you.

    I have very low humidity in my area, if any at all. But I do notice at times when I am using my air nozzle that there is some oil/water that comes out mixed with the air, which is why I am a little concerned about having a decent drier and oil separator. As for designing the system:

    I read that you need at least 25 feet of line before your drier/oil separator for a sterile paint line. Is this the case?

    That is optimal and really only needed where you know there is a lot of humidity. It give the water time to condense so the dryer can grab the moisture.

    What do you think the minimum amount of line I need is? Humidity isn’t an issue here. The auto drain does have some water normally

    I was about to ask why to until I saw Jon's post say he's JFWY cause mine works perfectly fine with 33's & 4.88 gears. https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/my-dakota-digital-sgi-5e-install-speedometer-calibration.560236/

    But if that is what you have in hand, actually he's right, it won't work for calibrating the speedo. SGI-8 is for calibrating the tachometer. You need the SGI-5 for calibrating the speedo.

    I hope that's not your pic & you have the SGI-5E.
