    I have not. But, @Bigdaddy4760 just gave me some venison mixed with ground bacon... That was Amazing and I will be doing that again. I will have to try some brisket mixed in. I've had Brisket burger before and enjoyed them. After this fall hunting trip if I can get enough of the Prime Ribeye primals on sale, I may grind some of them up and start mixing it in or making some good burgers.

    Quick question for @bvbull200 - Is your Meat Massage considered ‘gluten free’?

    I have a coworker with a gluten sensitivity and I don’t want to make her sick with your delicious rub.

    I'm not real familiar with gluten sensitivity to know which spices/herbs may contain gluten and to give a definitive statement on it. I believe it is gluten free, however.

    I will work with our spice blender who got our FDA approval and nutrition statement to confirm. I should have done that a while ago, so thanks for the reminder!

    Spices themselves do not contain gluten, its fillers and additives that are the issue.

    I just go cream cheese, onion powder, garlic powder as a base. add in diced crisp bacon. Then sometimes pheasant, venison, chicken, seasoning (random rub) , green onion, pretty much anything can be added.

    either wrap in bacon or cook bacon strips and lay across opening.

    Last batch was strawberry cream cheese and diced crispy bacon, smoked for... can't remember... til peppers were soft and 'wilted' looking...

    I mix cream cheese and browned crumbled sausage and pork bbq spices. Stuff that in, top with a little smokey, wrap in bacon and smoke with apple wood. Lightly drizzle a reduced raspberry balsamic reduction over them.

    My girlfriend is allergic to wheat and soy, makes finding things she can eat and adventure sometimes. Its awesome that you are looking out for them.

    No fillers or additives, either. The only non-spice/sugar/herb in the rub is tricalcium phosphate - the rub contains less than 1% - which is an anti-caking agent and VERY common among spices/rubs/etc.
