I had my parents mention to me that theres a jeep jamboree happening up by Sunday River....I wish I had a jeep just so I could find out where those trials are...

 

There's already a thread going for a trip up there that lost steam. I might have 2 vacation days left if there's interest in a long weekend. About the only way this trip could get done.

 

Depending on the days you want to go I'd be down! I haven't used any of my vacation time yet.. somehow

 

I keep adding stuff to my calendar but, I could possibly make a long weekend happen.

I have a trip to Maine planned for the week of labor day & was planning on doing a logging/back road return trip. So I would be up in the Baxter area for the weekend of 9/7-9/9

 

Nice. I still need to get some Aux lighting set up. My last trip up there justifies that purchase real quick.

 

For driving or at a campsite?

 

Driving. 10" holes and bigger come out of nowhere up there. And it goes from washboard to chaos real quick too if you have any speed going

 

Yea I have been working so much overtime that when I take fridays off I just cash in the OT...

Ouch I have the same thing but don't get OT often to help offset days. I get 10 now which always seems to disappear as fast as it appears; I have to have a bidding war with myself at the beginning of the year to see what to use or save for a rainy day later in the year. Can't wait to get some more time to use.

 

I can put a little gas on the thread fire, but we are still at the same question, when. My September weekends are slowly being booked by my better half.

Yes, I agree.

Whenever I see a listing for a tailgate, I am also suspicious.

But this might be a legitimate listing.

If it was me and this was something I wanted, I would contact the seller and check it out

First, the price is too high for what it is.

If I got the feeling it was stolen, I would pass on it for sure.

If I see any listings for 17" steelies, i will just post them up- they are not that common.
