    Hello All,

Where is Newfoundland you ask? Eastern most province in Canada! A Tacoma is the perfect companion in Newfoundland...due to our ever changing weather...and terrain!

    I have a 2018 Tacoma Double Cab SR5

This brings me to my question. What would be a good all terrain, winter rated tire? I'm about 75% highway and 25% off road. We get winter conditions from December to April.

I was leaning towards the BF Goodrich T/A KO2, but it will be overkill, I don't need the 10 Ply.

    Any thoughts, opinions or experiences?

    Thanks,

    TacomaSaunders

    Thanks irayfz6,

I've had really good success with Discoverer AT3's in the past, I didn't know they had a 4S version! Diffinetly going to check these out!

    Thanks,

    Jason

    Hey Sandman614,

Any noise complaints?...that's they only complaint I can see online...obviously you'll have more on a A/T versus A/S...

    Thanks,

Im running E range KO2s on my truck right now (in Maine) and haven't had any problems with them in the winter. That said, its no snow tire and you'll still be using 4hi from time to time.

And yeah, they're heavy af. But do a little looking around, I seem to think you can get the same tire in a lesser load range

The wildpeak are damn near silent. I used to run Cooper: ATR, AT3, ATP, and then STMaxx. The Falken wildpeaks are quieter than any of those.
