I know..... that is how I feel.... I might just go hound them on it. The first time they mounted and balanced them they also lot my lug nut key. Horrible

Yea, if you had them for awhile with some road rash I can see a repair but not fresh outta the box.

I had them mounted 3 weeks ago. I understand little road abrasions from rocks etc... but dude.... you can tell they jacked them up

If they won't at least get some kind of long term warranty. Filler could come out in time and matching the color is going to be difficult.

OUCH!!! The sad part is that we've had a few DT places tell their customers that the wheels arrived that way or the customers pick up their truck without inspecting the work and tell contact us asking why the paint is chipping . As soon as we see that type of damage, I can tell you exactly how that happened.

I hope they take care of you! They generally do, but you'll have to put up a little fight to get exactly what you want.

One of the front workers tried to tell me that he doesn't see how they could've caused that damage. You can tell their techs just did not care at all. I am going to fight for new wheels. 3 out of 4 have damage. So sad... love these wheels.

I'm afraid I am in for a very tough fight. 3 new wheels, that's a big bill for them.

If you need an invoice for proof of purchase, just let me know. It's a lot, but they came through for quite a few customers before.

Got it two weeks ago. Great vehicle and prefer MGM over my previous 2017 SSM20180719_133036.jpg

Like others here have said...That just SUCKS....Sadly, more and more I see people just don't give a SH** when they're working on your stuff. I'm super anal about where I take stuff for repairs, be it the truck or whatever......You HAVE to be nowadays......I respect work, don't get me wrong, but sometimes you get these folks making what 8 to 10 bucks/hr and they just don't care.....YOU though bring in a 25 to 40 grand truck and expect it to be treated well and with respect......

Thanks! They called me today and said their repair person would meet me Tuesday at 8:30 AM to see if he can repair. I have a feeling I will not be satisfied.

    Uhhh... no...

It'll eventually be painted flat black. The red is the base color for the eventual TRD logo.
