Too bad they didn’t give a summary at the end. Also this is good for non-projection type headlight lens. Fortunately the 3rd Gen Tacoma all have projection lens.

Did a 3/1 LOR lift/ level... I know people here frown upon blocks... but I'm poor lol

Notice absolutely no change in driving. I live 1.5 miles down a dirt and limerock road. Muddy, pot holes everywhere, and in spots very sandy... no issues.

At speeds over 70 my gas mileage did go down about 1mpg, just from the lift... I think because less aerodynamic... but no difference in mpg at speeds 55-65.

I like it.

 

Also scored a backflip g2 for $500.

Will install later today after physical therapy... or more accurately called physical torture.

does anyone here know if i will need to buy new lug nuts for the TRD 16" beadlock rims (pictured below)? im goingtto be buying the rims this weekend and wasn't sure if id need new ones.

I am at the dealer today for the 10k mile service. I asked for the transmission to be re-flashed , wiper blades replaced ( both are coming apart from the channels ) and whatever else they need to do to complete the service.
I will keep all of you posted ....

I asked for a price for the OEM tonneau cover and was told that it will cost thousands of dollars because each panel needs to be ordered separate ..... WTF!

Found an OEM tonneau $400 brand new! Couldn't pass it up.

 

For the OEM cover, you can't buy it from Toyota unless they do it like you mentioned, piece by piece. Best bet is to find one on Craigslist. Out here in California they sell for 500ish and get scooped up pretty quick. I paid 550 for one last month. There is one in the for sale section for 350 right now though. Not sure if it's close to you or not.
