Got the dash in today. I did brake the center of the dash. Being tired and not thinking. The tip was stuck under the defrost vent and I tried pulling it up instead of pulling out the dash. It broke. Shit happens. I’ll have to figure out a way to tie that section down so it doesn’t vibrate and drive me crazy.

Started at 430 this morning. Feeling tired so I’m stopping for the day. I got the a and b pillar welded all the way in and to the frame of the truck. It’s definitely a challenge to weld tube in a truck. I got most of the c pillar welded in. Everything lined up pretty good. Only had to grind a few tubes to get them to fit right. Still a lot more work ahead. Maybe a couple of more weekends and I’ll can have it done.

Yup. I'm so glad the bulk of it is done. Now it's a bunch of little things to get done.

Took care of a lot of little things. Woke up at 230 not by choice and figure I get some work done. I cut the headliner to fit around the doors and it tucked right into the door weather stripping with ease. I also welded in the shoulder harness tabs to the cross tube of the B pillar.

When I got home from work I painted the entire cage. I welded on the engine cage tie in tubes. I started on the new floor plates to cover the holes in the floor. Hopefully I can finish them tomorrow.
