You don’t wanna know. It’s not to bad with a stick shift at least I don’t think. It doesn’t have much passing power but it Cruises really nice in 4th.

 

Anyone add speed bleeders to the rear drums ?

 

Did the new steering rack come with Tierods?

 

If you use that part number at a dealership they should all come with the inners. The diagram on all of the websites were the same as well as having the ITRE and boots

 

I know when i had 4.10s and 35s i would go into 5th and just start slowing down. Didn't matter, wouldn't hold any speed haha

 

Oh I bet, I dont even want to go to a full 33 without re gearing lol my truck struggles getting up grades as it is with 32's. I spend a lot of time camping in the sierra's. I can definitely benefit from a regear. Cant afford one tho, they run around 3-4k?

 

It’ll hold around 75ish pretty well. But it’s pretty much useless now.

 

Thought a 3rd member from ECGS was around $800 similar for the clamshell. If you're able to do the work I don't see any reason it can't be done for less than 2k. Still expensive though.

 

Got 3/5 tires today. 4 were from discount tire’s eBay, figured all 4 from them would arrive at the same time but guess not

Yeah I could probably handle the work. Depending on how much my end of the year bonus is, I might pull the trigger. Or wait until next year, when Ill need tires as well.

Well just make sure because the photo does not show the tie rods and when I bought my OEM rack 6 months
ago there were two prices, two options, one with tie rods one without tie rods
and I think I paid 600.00 with tie rods from the local dealer with warranty

usually around 1500 for just gears or more. Average of 2k.

3-4k with lockers depending on the flavor you go with.

 

Thinking about painting the “bead lock” bolts on my ray10’s black like this to murder them out and kill the bling factor. Hmmmmm....
