    It has decent control - wind makes a big difference with it but overall I was able to control it pretty good.

    X2. It boils water quick!
    We just cooked some noodles (Knorr packets) on the stove just a couple of days ago and were able to simmer just fine. It does take some getting used to though and if you adjust one side it can affect the other side (at least it does with the little toss away tanks). We were boiling water for corn on the other side at the same time
