    I have factory clutch in mine. Well I think. Bought it used. Hasn’t slipped at all. Got my urd stage 3 clutch, aluminum flywheel, and all new throwout bearing and tsb parts ready to go when I get some time.

    Thanks for the info guys. I know the whole once your in there concept. That's why if a clutch was required, then I was going with the URD sleeve and TOB. I definitely don't romp on it too much, and mostly want the power for the mountain passes. I just didn't want to install the SC, then find out a week later the clutch was toast. I don't have a garage, or the tools for a clutch replacement, or the blower install. So if I can postpone the clutch for a year that will save me some money in labor for upfront installations. I like the TRD short shift, but that $350-450 is hard to swallow when URDs is only $150.

    So besides for the TRD eBay belt listed below. Is there any other factory length belts y'all recommend?
    Before Toyota puts my truck back together I'm thinking a new belt will do it good.

    You definitly shouldn’t have a problem having your stock clutch give you any problems for a while if you take care of it. But definitely do the TOB when you replace it because those are a weak spot in our clutches. The TRD short shifters you can also find deals on if you shop around. I’ll keep an eye out and shoot one to you when I come across one. :thumbsup:

    What is the belt length recommended with the 2.8 URD stealth pulley. I know I cut up a gates racing belt to make the current belt, but I don't remember if it was a 70.5 or 69.5 to do so. I am going to try the dayco w-rib belt and see if that is part of the reason for low boost, maybe it isn't all elevation. Also found out I put in the NGK BKR7EIX plugs which are the cross to the IKH-22 not 24. Thinking about also swapping those while I install the Ucon EMS. Is that highly advisable? Plugs have maybe 10K on them. Will I gain anything from the colder plugs with only the 2.825 pulley and my other mods? Not planning on going any smaller on the pulley. In fact if the Ucon EMS doesn't get the truck to run right, truck is for sale. This is my last attempt to get it to run like it should. So I am super anxious about this, cause I love my truck and do not want to get a Tundra to replace it.

    I would figure out the running problem before installing the ucon.
    What are you running for boost?

    The Ucon will hopefully fix the running problem. I run INSANELY rich. And my boost is in the low to mid 3's. Pretty sure I have some belt slip, but maybe it is all elevation.

    U on bully dog tune? Or trd. Put a quick change pulley set up on it and see how it goes.

    UCON will fix the insanely rich but make sure you have a stock ecu to replace whatever you are currently using.
    What is your elevation again? That seems awfully low boost. Either belt slip or bypass valve adjustment.
    Stock belt is 70.5". You may be able to squeeze a 69.5" if you grind off some of the tensioner stop.

    Gadget said he calibrated it for the TRD flash. And he did talk about how he knows the ucon doesn't work well with the bullydog tuned ones. But nothing about the TRD flashed ecu's. If I were to get a new ecu I would have to have it calibrated again wouldn't I. Honestly I don't like hearing this. Lol. This is just the type of thing that makes me feel like there will never be an end to just trying to get it to run. I understand mods, but damn, it is neverending just to get it to be reliable again. Lol

    Elevation is 4400. With the 2.8 pulley is the standard 70.5" belt typically used? I really wish I could remember what belt I modified.
